Congress, RJD to cut down its tally by at least a dozen seats to accommodate allies 

The RJD-led mahagatbandhan is narrowing down on a seat-sharing formula for the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls, where both RJD and Congress have agreed to give up a dozen seats each to accommodate the now expanded coalition
